Raffi Edgarian – In Memoriam

In memory of our beloved Raffi Edgarian

::  On 3rd May 2018, our beloved friend, Raffi Edgarian parted ways from us and joined the heavens above.

Raffi, born in Tehran 19.03.1962 was named after his father’s school ‘Raffi’ which he attended up to age of thirteen and thereafter he went to Moorat Raphael Boarding School in Venice.

Raffi studied architecture in Venice and graduated in 1981. Whilst in Italy, Raffi only had one thing on his mind, Jacklyn. After travelling many times back and forth to London, the two married in 1988 and soon after they were gifted with their son, Artin.

With a charismatic humour, Raffi never failed to make those around him smile, especially his family and friends. He would use any opportunity to gather together those who he loved. Those memories will be cherished forever and never forgotten.

Raffi also did a lot of community work and was an active member of the Homenetmen’s Alumni Parents team, known as Aspedakan. From helping at garden parties, managing Navasartian Centre, to organising events, Raffi was always there ready to help with his fun and enthusiastic presence.

Those who knew Raffi knew that he had a passion for food and cooking, especially for the Italian cuisine. This flourished further which then helped him to start a career in the food industry. For the last ten years he was engaged in construction industry and practising energy assessor.

Our dearly loved friend, husband, father, brother and uncle will be missed every day. Our condolences goes to his wife Jacklyn, his son Artin and to the entire Edgarian and Minassian Families.

Funeral ceremony will take place on May 21st at 13:30pm in Gunnersbury, Chiswick.

His wonderful sense of humour will always remain forever in our hearts.

May God bless his soul and may he Rest in Peace.

We will never forget you ‘Erekha”.
