At the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, Gayane was said to have “showed that she understood the needs of the business, the needs of those who use social care services and the needs of the workforce”.
Westgate was commended as an “outstanding family business with a highly committed and professional approach to the personal needs of users and staff, and a professional and realistic programme of staff development and retention”.
Westgate director Tara Teubner said: “We are delighted to be winners and finalists in so many categories and will continue to strive to provide outstanding care to all of our residents. It is wonderful for our staff to be recognised for their dedication and amazing work.”
