The Council and its Committees

 The Armenian Community & Church Council of Great Britain is elected by the registered members of the British Armenian Community to represent the Community in the United Kingdom and to enhance the well-being and moral, educational, religious, intellectual and social development of the Community

The ex-officio Honorary President of the Council is the Primate of the Armenian Apostolic Church of Great Britain, His Grace Bishop Nathan Hovhannisian

                                          STRUCTURE OF ORGANISATION

The The Council appoints it's Executive Committees which is directly answerable to the Council and which is responsible for the day to day management of the social, educational, cultural and religious activities of the Community which come under the jurisdiction of the Council. 

The Executive in it's turn appoints a number of Sub-Committees which would be
responsible for the various aspects of Community life and activity for which they
have been appointed.  These Sub-Committees include:

- The Armenian Heritage and Culture Committee  
- The Community Register Committee
